• Tracking, analytics, or advertising IDs
• Usage telemetry (no per-print counts sent to server)

• Groq Inc. (United States) — OCR engine for Image→CSV feature; images sent only when you use this feature, deleted after processing
• Let's Encrypt — SSL certificate authority

Your rights (DPDP Act 2023)

You can request access, correction, erasure, or portability of your data by emailing spiningnodes@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. Grievance Officer: Spining Nodes (HK), contactable at the same email.

Data retention

Account data retained while your license is active + 6 months. OCR images: not retained (transient processing only). Logs: retained 180 days per CERT-In requirements.

Compliance

Information Technology Act 2000 · IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules 2011 · Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 · GDPR (for EU users where applicable).

What you are buying

A non-exclusive, non-transferable annual license to use SpiningNodes software on one (1) device per license. You are not buying the software itself; ownership remains with the Licensor.

Pricing

₹18,000 per year per license (excluding GST). 18% GST applicable for purchases within India (SAC code 998315). Pricing subject to change with notice.

Payment & invoicing

GST invoice issued on payment. Accepted methods will be listed at checkout (UPI, NEFT, Razorpay/Stripe TBD post-OPC).

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

License grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use one (1) copy of SpiningNodes software on one (1) device you own or control, for your internal business operations.

Hardware fingerprinting

The software binds your license to your device's hardware profile (HWID). Significant hardware changes (motherboard, system disk replacement) or installation on a new device requires reactivation. Email spiningnodes@gmail.com for machine release requests.

Restrictions

You may NOT: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works; (c) remove or alter copyright notices; (d) resell, sublicense, rent, or lease; (e) circumvent technical protection measures; (f) use the software to infringe third-party rights; (g) export in violation of applicable laws.

Third-party components

The software includes Newtonsoft.Json (MIT), HelixToolkit (MIT), ExcelDataReader (MIT), Magick.NET (Apache 2.0), and standard .NET Framework redistributables. Their licenses are honored per LICENSE.txt shipped with the installer.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor's total liability under this Agreement is capped at the license fee paid (₹18,000). The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. This cap does not limit liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate for material breach with 30-day cure period. On termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the software.

Default position

License fees are non-refundable once activated. We provide a 7-day free trial so you can fully evaluate the software before purchase — please use this trial period to verify it works for your factory's workflow.

Exceptions (full or pro-rata refund)

1. Material core-function failure: the software fundamentally fails to perform plotting/nesting/export as advertised, and the failure cannot be reproduced as fixable user error or environment configuration issue. Refund issued after diagnostic review (3 business days).
2. Software discontinuation: if we permanently discontinue the product within your license year, pro-rata refund for unused months.
3. IP infringement order: if a binding court order prohibits us from licensing the software, pro-rata refund.

Process

Email spiningnodes@gmail.com with order reference and detailed reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Not eligible for refund

• Change of mind after activation (use trial instead)
• Incompatibility with software versions outside our supported range (Corel X7 to 2025)
• Hardware issues unrelated to SpiningNodes
• User error or workflow mismatch (we'll help you adapt instead)
